TYING UP THE LOOSE ENDS
Earlier this week we stopped by our labelers, re-taggers seamstress (or whatever you want to call it) to pick up our shirts. Now that the old tags have been carefully removed and the new ones added we can begin our quality control measures.  We spend a good amount of our day inspecting each shirt, making sure that all tags are aligned and sewn on securely. Trust us its not fun.
You might be wondering what we’re doing with all these blanks, actually you probably already know. With the drop of our second collection in the coming weeks we had to make sure the tags were done so that the screen print process can start.
If you liked our first collection, stay tuned – you may like our second collection even more…

Here are the tags that we’re using. Split amongst this box are the Size Labels as well as the Logo tag that goes on the bottom right hem of each shirt.

This is Joe. He handles pretty much everything at the warehouse. Good man. (looks cold in this picture…Know what i mean?)

There were rolls and rolls of this black material sitting in Joe’s warehouse. Kinda looks like carpet when you first look at it but its actually a material used to cover high-end speaker boxes… His office suitemate holds the patent in the U.S and is the sole producer of this material in the States.

Countin’ out a whopping 4 boxes! A total of… 246 Tees…

Tiny compared to another order placed by an Infant Apparel company that commissioned Joe in its first order for 7,000 pieces. Next month he’s expecting that order to double to 14,000!
