FOOD AND LIQUOR

This is George, he owns and operates a middle eastern restaurant over in Skokie called Bashas. There was a time this past summer when we needed to get our Bashas fix at least 3 times week, because the drive is so far we had to cut it down to 1 visit a week. Its like they sprinkle crack in their garlic sauce, no joke… that and they give a generous portion that can fill any appetite.

Cuttin that chicken from the super hot skewer.

This is the Combination plate, a little bit of beef and chicken shawarma, it also comes with basmati rice which is a longer strain and served buttered up or maybe oiled, i think…either way its delicious. You put the meat, some rice and lettuce into the half cut pita bread, then you add some garlic sauce and you’re good to go.

Empire!
